hey guys. been working slowly on a cover for one of my favorite french comedy/absurdist films. I haven't done any color correction so just look at the design. Actually I did tint the front a shade pink/pinkish but that's all in terms of color.


What do you think? My plan is to mask now the image of the woman with the two dudes on the back and continue upwards with synopsis and probably some quotes. The typical.

And at the end apply the same tint/effect as the front to the rest of the cover

looks like a good start, keep us updated. Would be fun if you could incorporate that shag bed cover on the bottom of the back cover haha. Not sure what images you have to work with. Personally i think it might also be nice to remove one of the screenshots and place them side to side instead of overlapping, it makes it a touch too cluttery for me. If you do like the overlapping better I'd try and look at the images and see which parts of the images would be better to be behind (overlapped by another image). For instance the first picture has 2 characters on the left, but it has some room on the right that could easily be overlapped. So for instance the second image with the bikes could be on top and you wouldn't overlap any characters. Same for the last image, the guy on the left is blocked but would probably look good on top overlapping part of the horse. so just play around with the image order.
