He doesn't have a style, have you tried A River Runs Through It? He makes different styles of movies, Se7en with Morgan Freeman is definitely one to watch among others.

I've seen Se7en and didn't particularly like it. I didn't see A River Runs Through It but doubt I would like a movie about fly fishing, lol
The only one I liked was "Troy" but not necessarily because he's part of the cast. As I go through the list of movies he was part of, I've only seen maybe 2 or 3. He just happens to be in movies I wouldn't watch. Simple as that.
