It's time for another EFX competition.

The theme is Stephen King Movies... but with a small twist, you may only choose one of the six (6) titles listed below.

We would like to invite all members to enter if they would like.

Blu-ray and DVD covers are acceptable.

You may chose any of the six(6) movies listed below. All are based on stories by Stephen King. If you are unfamiliar with them, I have provided IMDB links to them below.

The Shining (1980)
The Shawshank Redemption (1994)
The Green Mile (1999)
Dreamcatcher (2003)
1408 (2007)
Carrie (2013)

Rules:

1. You may enter up to two(2)covers if you'd like for the competition
2. No using WIP or another site's WIP
3. All must be uploaded to EFX when the competition is over and not uploaded elsewhere before the comp is over.

Upon completion, entries should be uploaded to the site via:

A link for this is also on the main menu under forums/competitions.

You do not need to include your user name in the file name but you need to include what contest it's intended for in the filename ex: StephenKingCoverComp.jpg.

The winner will receive a 1 year subscription (or extension) in addition to front page placement and an award banner.

The Entry Deadline is Thursday, November 21st.

Voting will take place from the 22nd to the 26th.

Winner will be posted on November 27th.

Yeah, I'm currently reading his newest Doctor Sleep (sequel to The Shining). It's really good. I just hope he doesn't ruin the ending like he tends to do...

Very simple solution Demon put that cover on hold and do one that is on the list. ;-)

I'm crazy about Stephen King stories and so the pictures based on his stories... (not only liking or loving 'em!), esp his mystery horrors... surely this would be a great competition as we have had many so far! :-@

Can i get a bit of clarification please

You can only pick one title and you can make two
Covers for that title

You cannot pick two movies and make a cover for each?

Sorry about that eric, I may have worded it funny in the announcement...

You may submit up to 2 covers total. If you want to pick 2 separate titles from the list and do a cover for each, totally cool. If you want to do 2 separate covers for the same title, that's fine as well. Just no more than two entries per member and the titles must be from the list. :-)
