I will need a valid email from you, as all accounts require you to activate them via email to verify it's a real email account and no temp emails won't work.

The one you entered here is getting rejected by your host, this is the error:

Your Email Host wrote:SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: 554-web.de (mxweb010) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available\n554-No SMTP service

We have no control over that you need to use a real email that works or you can't have an account here.
