Hello folks, I have a question for everyone.
I had a discussion with Foggy about what's available at your local library on top of books. For example, here in Canada (and I would think all provinces), we have DVD discs available on top of books, magazines, etc. I can borrow any movies or TV Series at no cost that are released on discs. When I say at no cost, in reality, these DVDs are bought with the tax payers' money. With that said, we would still have to pay the same amount of tax even if they would not purchase the DVDs, but the tax would just be distributed differently.
So my question here is... does your local library offer DVDs as well as the books? I know Pam has that luxury, but Foggy is telling me that they don't in Texas. So it's easy to assume that not all States has them. What about your library? I'm pretty sure it's all about how they distribute the tax within the State because that's where the money is taken from, but just wondering which States has the DVDs or not.
