Think the tagline on three(3) should be 'does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man'

Hey what about (just simply): who does whom? ...instead of, does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man, for the tagline? ...or: who does whom, really?? or ... no no, let to just forget it. I don't know The English language & grammar that good so it could make some misunderstandings... just let to forget please! :-=
