Maybe you could try the progress on the play bar at different location on the back. I'm thinking like a video playing. At halfway through like on the front you see one image. The back could be a different time point. If that makes any sense.

I was wondering. Do you think I should have a little ice on the spine TT like it is on the front? Or should I keep it without?

I think it's fine as is the bar is better different, your attention to detail is phenomenal, another extraordinary cover wys I love it.

Does Agnes look ok like she is, or do you prefer her all the way behind the bars?

If the images look a little off, it's because I used Image MetaData Stripper to make the image size smaller, but the images look fine on the PSD.

I think Agnes looks ok like that.  Since you adjusted the play progress bar on the front I also think you should adjust the time below.  Looks like a bit more than 1/3rd so maybe about 3 minutes of 8.  Might even change the total playtime to be something other than 8 for this video.
