I love the blood spatter composition but if I may, I feel the foreground(Uma and the TT) is too generic. I don't think it's exciting enough. Maybe other choices would make it more exciting.

Another great start :)

i would have probably gone with a red background and made the splatter yellow.
thinking of it as the only part of the cover that isnt soaked in blood lol
it would be volume 1 inverted...
