Funny you should me bring up doing a starfield in the background, I was taking a few days off from working on it and had thought about doing that on the back cover with maybe Naboo in the background of the black just to break it up and give it a little texture.

Try doing the star-field with smaller stars along with some blue and red stars plus a planet added in the mix if need be.  These are stunning.

I've decided to continue developing both concepts with the darker gold going forward. I've added a starfield (using the background of stars from the opening shot of Tatooine in the original with a few brighter points added as well as Naboo in the background to add some texture to the back.

Now that my new computer is up and running, I can get back to work on these.

I have added a gradient to the front title to make it a little less flat. I plan to expand the same gradient to the back once I figure out whether the gradient should be more or less subtle.

I considered adding starfield to the front of the cover as well but elected not too as I like the simpler black background for the front.

Outside of adding a gradient, I feel pretty comfortable with the cover overall so once I get it done, I'll probably consider it done unless I think of anything else. After that, I'll use the same template and style to do all 6 main films and Rogue One.

Apologies for the delay on further work. The move to my new pc broke the text and after quite a bit of trying, I can't seem to replicate the font and have to settle for an inferior one.

I have added a gold gradient effect to almost everything gold. I figure once I get that right, it will be complete and I'll begin working on the rest of the series.

Looks really good. The only thing I would change is the roman numeral on the spine as I'm pretty sure viii will not fit across it at that size.

I got started on the rest of the series by putting the cover art and back art on the Episode 1 design.

I will be replacing the Episode 1 logos, titles and descriptions in the next revisions.

For the Rogue One and Bonus Discs art, I have 2 Cover arts I have considered so thoughts on which is better are appreciated.

Finally, to address the Roman Numeral size, I only need them to go up to VI as I will not be making any of the Sequels covers (I don't own them or plan to).

For me I like the Vader mask (2) for the features and the Wide version (2) for Rogue.

Looking very good. In my humble opinion maybe the bottom logos are too big and too next to each other.

I've done my first Attack of the Clones work and decided to make the bottom logos the same width as the Fox Logo at the top of the spine. I made this same revision to the Phantom Menace cover.

I'm a lot less confident in the description for this films than mine for Phantom Menace so any criticism is more than welcome while I start on Revenge of the Sith.

I prefer the spine of Episode I compared to Episode II as it has more breathing room at the bottom. The back image of Episode II that you have at the very top right (besides the synopsis) might be a little dark. But other than that, it looks really good so far. I look forward to the next Episode.
