Just a note during this Virus mess, My family and I are well, in the state of Georgia, surrounded by ever-increasing numbers of cases which have inspired the governor of our state to decide to re-open this state, crazy, personally I'm thinking of getting a hair. cut and a message later, hehe! Crazy right?! Just wondering if everyone else is doing ok, and how you all feel about this mess.

Looking good here in Quebec. Problem here are with retirement homes and long term hospitals.
So confinement is in order.  
They just restarted construction to finish homes due in July with 2 meters (6 feet) restriction.

Pretty much the same here in the province of Ontario. Long term and retirement homes are the most hit during this crazy pandemic situation. I'm not sure for construction, but personally, I think they should give us a damn year off! lol

And like everywhere else in the world, our first shortage of supply started with toilet paper (God knows why) among other items, then milk was nowhere to be found (again, God knows why) and now it's a toss between rice and hair coloring. And, because of the contaminated beef in Alberta, all Canadians might be vegetarians by the time all of this ends! lol

Kidding aside, I'm glad you are doing well Chef! Please stay safe with your family and like Jazzy said, have a good massage! Just remember to keep your distance.

Yeah, we went through hell finding some, decided on amazon, but paper towels! WOW, had to order 2 cases from a strange company, but they've turned out to be Great, so sorry you've encountered this first hand, stay safe, my prayers (for what they're worth) are with you.

I'm not sure what product is in high demand in the States at the moment, but for us, it's flour. Shelves are empty for that product and apparently hard to find, go figure. I guess everyone has time to do some baking or something weird is going on, lol

Yeah, that's a tough one here as well, there's some speculation here that home school projects are using flour for paper mache' items. However, I still think it's another  hoarding issue, like the dreaded toilet paper shortage, which I think will be the next pandemic- The Novel Toilet Paper Virus! hehe!

All good here in Washington state. Thankfully, we have a progressive thinking governor who thinks it's most important to protect the citizens. We stay at home except to grocery shop. We lived through Mr. St. Helens exploding - and now this. Never could have imagined it in my lifetime. Glad to hear everyone is safe

It makes sense then Chef. It wouldn't be hoarding here as everything sold in grocery stores are limited and those cashiers are holding up to it. So nothing weird going on, good to know, lol
