Knew they were not as good as everyone thought, they looked like the Jags of old right there which is why they have no trophies, just a bunch of wannabes who got lucky to get past the Steelers.
Even with Gronk out, and that was a bad hit to the head on him I never approve of those no matter who is doing it, plus it looked kind of intentional really but none the less they could still do nothing to stop the scoring of the GOAT, lmao.
The Jags berated the Steelers for acting over-confident before the game, wonder if they will be as quick to chastise themselves after some of those media interview comments they made today where they were acting like the Pats were already beaten, lol.
Karma is wonderful when it happens to someone else.
They did put up a fight though. But with Brady in the 2nd half stepping up and the Jags defense having to stay on the field for long drives they got exhausted, of course. When we got the Amendola TD, it was pretty much over. The Jags don't have the experience nor the quickness, under pressure or not, to make a drive that fast, that is a guarantee TD. It could have happened..but 2nd half patriots vs first half they adjusted to their attack much better not letting Fournette do his thing and intercepting or not letting the receivers have a lot of space to catch the ball.
But if twas a great gamee. I'm a Patriots fan but I want to give a salute to the Jags. Luck or no luck they got to the AFC final and they could have done better, which isn't to say they should have or did deserve to. I still think The Jags were 3rd seed and that's probably deserved. Let's see the Vikings-Eagles now.
I think the Vikings will edge it out...but who knows. It's a do or die game
