I think it's the other way around. Old folks don't want to embrace the new. I'm fine with old music. Pink Floyd is probably the best band ever. The Pixies, The Talking Heads, The Who, The Ramones, The Clash, Led Zeppelin. But If I put that here you wouldn't like it.

Don't be stuck in the past. Just because it's new doesn't mean it's bad. Heck you guys are old and all I see you talk about is new movies. Why? Because we don't live in the past.

When I said "all your music is crap" or something like that obviously I'm exagerating. There have been plenty of music I liked that you guys posted. I'm not gonna browse but I remember on the top of my head Cream, CCR, Fleetwood Mac among others that I don't like. I love.

I just ask to listen to the music I put "hear" with your ears and not with the notion of a specific time. Listen to it without preconceived notions. If you don't like it then ok but that's the right way to view anything, even covers. Just because It might be a great designer with 20 years of experience doesn't mean a young novice dude can't draw better designs or do better work. You don't know until..you take the time to check both out carefully.

Although I hate to admit it, Tony's rant has a bit of truth. For my part anyway. I love my oldies, that's basically all I listen. It might be because I don't really like or care of what's new out there. Or it might be because music is not as important for me as when I was younger. Don't know.

I listen a lot of new music but I find myself most often drawn to my favorites, same is true of movies, it's true I watch a lot of new films but the ones I watch over and over is a much smaller list, same is true of tunes, once is enough for most of the stuff coming out today, just like films...

Hahah...I know it's all friendly. I was having a go with the old folks aswell because you were calling us "young folks"...I hope to eventually get old. That means I don't die along the way   .

The only point I was getting is what Chou pointed at exactly. Sometimes, and doesn't matter the age people prefer the comfortable and safe to the risky and unsafe. But sometimes that risk can take you to beautiful places.

Just keep posting the music you love. That's the bets policy. Doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. It's what you like that counts. I'm just hoping you like some of the music I listen to.

When I say you, is all of you reading.

But it's only natural for people to have different taste in most things. That's actually great. If everyone liked bananas what would apple farmers do?

Well I don't listen to much music. Don't even play it in the car. Everything that is posted I've listened to without any preconceived idea of good or bad. I either like it or not.

I'm not really a fan, I'm not moved by it, nothing special there if you ask me.

Her voice is not particularity memorable, she can sing but so can a lot of others I don't listen too.

The music has a very heavy electronic sound, the bass track for example is way over enhanced no doubt intentionally for "club play" but makes for terrible listening IMHO.

The lyrics are just ramblings:

They really have no real meaning (in my view and are just floated out there for open interpretation) whats worse is they really get lost in the constant (annoying) drone beat of the electronic bass heavy club music.

Taken as a whole no worse and no better than a lot of other music out there but just falls flat for me and does not make me want to seek out more by them or even listen to this track again for that matter.

I thought the photography in the video was kind of cool but it's meaning like the song is confusing too because it lacks direction--intended to be that way I'm sure.

But the question remains is she late?, is she running away?, is she lost?, is she being chased by zombies? is she doing a morning run in a wedding dress?, is she dreaming of running endlessly?, just lot's of possibilities but few answers it seems lol.

Man, we just have different opinions on music. Let's just agree to disagree and let's leave it at that. i think better thing is to just post music and stop commenting if we don't like it. If we like it we can say something but I don't think the purpose of this thread is to discuss opinions.

Let's just post music. Anyone can listen for themselves. I plan to put my music here whenever I see fit. I hope you guys do the same. Just post so we can listen. Maybe I'll like a band, or two bands, or a lot of bands posted and you the same with my music. So let's just post and enjoy music and let's forget about the critics.
