I'm a huge fan of anything HORROR but I couldn't even finish watching A SERBIAN FILM due to the content so I would have to say Irreversible is the most disturbing film I have ever seen from beginning to end.

A few come to mind, but one is "The Girl Next Door" with Elisha Cuthbert. My girlfriend at the time wanted to see it on DVD, but I didn't...and our roommate pulled the "guilt card" on me. I only saw it once, and that was more than enough.

A Serbian Film without a doubt. It's also one of my favorite films. The story revolves around a former pornstar that is forced do do an ultimate film, but the conseuqences will be dire!!    ohhhhh

Se7en got me rattled like no other movie.

By far most disturbing for me was Mysterious Skin.  It was a hard watch, but its got the power to make you watch till the end.  It has some scenes that are quite raw.  Stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Elizabeth Shue.  Directed by Greg Araki (sp?)!

Without any hesitations: Human Centipede.
And More seriously: Jacob's Ladder; with Tim Robbins. Although that Videodrome (David Cronenberg) is on a High Place too

I normally don't put myself in a position to be disturbed by any movies. But I'm totally upset when I think a movie will be good after viewing it's trailer, and end up being an art house movie. And even more upset to know that Curt normally loves these movies, lol

Meh, I simply don't like his style of movies. Some might be good though.

He doesn't have a style, have you tried A River Runs Through It? He makes different styles of movies, Se7en with Morgan Freeman is definitely one to watch among others.

I've seen Se7en and didn't particularly like it. I didn't see A River Runs Through It but doubt I would like a movie about fly fishing, lol

The only one I liked was "Troy" but not necessarily because he's part of the cast. As I go through the list of movies he was part of, I've only seen maybe 2 or 3. He just happens to be in movies I wouldn't watch. Simple as that.
