Yes, in the States, we generally consider 'Gray' a proper name & 'grey' the color. I guess it's different in Canada? It is a minor point, though, because some research indicates either is acceptable & the difference is usually regional.

I agree with you Ky, but the official cover has it spelled that way, and no Fog, I don't think Canadians prefer it this way. But maybe a Canadian raised in English would contradict me, who knows. But, with this said, I'm thinking of going with your preferred choice Ky, as it's mine as well. Let's be a tiny bit rebel and see if anyone will notice, lol

I've made a few changes and came up with this. I've put the series' title on the spine in gold and thought it looked nicer. What are your thoughts?

That might be a little bit too advance for me Wrench, but would love to learn the process of doing it. Every time I change the title into a PNG file, it goes into a solid color because I was never able to figure out how to keep the pattern. The best I could do is get the best color inside the pattern. In fact, I'm still having issues with the simple process of getting it to PNG. Hopefully I make sense.

Oh for goodness sake Wrench, you gave me the PNG, duh, lol - I will use it, thanks a lot! I would still want to know eventually how to do it.

I started with a transparent png like on the front of your cover. I cut out the Mercy and put the street in line. Made the canvas wider and the height shorter, then saved it, when asked do I want to replace the exciting film I said yes.

Oh ok, well that part I'm familiar with it as CT did a tutorial on it. The part I'm having difficulty with are the titles with a pattern in them (like this one) so I basically go online and try to find one without a pattern to be able to get it to the transparent PNG. You were able to work with the title on the front cover with the pattern, as for me, I was not able to work with it. Am I making sense?

I didn't use the title on your cover, found one on the internet like the one on your cover already a transparency.
I used the cutout tool, not the way CT's tut does it. That way is for solid color.
